Economic activity expanded across the United States through October, with the majority of Federal Reserve districts reporting modest to moderate growth, according to the latest Beige Book.
However, bank contacts from the Fed’s 12 districts reported that commercial and residential real estate results were mixed, with many districts hampered by rising prices and low home inventories.
