A technology-driven real estate brokerage In New York has named a director of sales, promoted another team member, and added new agents, the company announced.
As part of an effort to expand its foothold in the New York City market, Elegran promoted Jared Antin, formerly sales manager, to director of sales. The company said he will be responsible for analyzing operations and processes to generate data-driven efficiencies.
“The growth of Elegran’s team exemplifies our commitment to satisfying the needs we see in today’s market to provide New Yorkers with the best service possible,” Elegran CEO Michael Rossi said in a release. “Specifically, Jared’s business prowess and expertise in next-generation sales strategies will be an invaluable addition to Elegran’s leadership team and help propel the firm forward in the new decade.”
The company also promoted Yelena Furman to people operations manager. Furman will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting new talent, acting as the first point of contact for new agents and overseeing the hiring process.
Additionally, Elegran announced that Samantha Bracero, Jarrod Duncan, Jules Garcia, Van Krishnamoorthy, Ulia Pillmore and Shea Mena were hired as real estate salespersons.
