Regional title insurance underwriter
Alliant National Title Insurance Co. announced that James Hensley will join the company as senior vice president and Midwest regional manager effective Feb. 1, 2013.
Hensley is responsible for developing, marketing and managing Alliant National’s Missouri and Kansas agency programs, which include agency visitation, education programs for agents’ customers, agency development, licensing and underwriting.
Hensley’s extensive experience includes serving as senior vice president of one of the top six title companies in the Jackson County, Mo., area. Prior to that, Hensley helped establish agency operations as vice president of one of the largest title insurance operations in the metropolitan Kansas City Market. He is a past president of the Missouri Land Title Association, has received the 25-Year Service Award, and was awarded the prestigious Title Person of the Year award in 2002. Hensley has also served in numerous capacities in civic, academic and philanthropic arenas.

Hensley’s additional duties include providing underwriting advice and counseling to Alliant National’s Missouri and Kansas independent agents, while continuing to develop relationships within the Missouri Department of Insurance. Hensley will also remain active in the Missouri Land Title Association.
