Agents National Title Insurance promoted Nicole Azdell to compliance manager. She joined the team in December 2010 as an office manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri — Columbia in 2002 and is a Boone County resident.
Lori Dorman, a certified fraud examiner was named director of the Operations and Risk Management departments. With more than 28 years in the banking and title insurance industry, Dorman has extensive experience as a closing agent as well as title examination and production. She joined ANTIC in 2009 and managed the risk management department. She’s a member of the American Land Title Association’s Internal Auditing Committee. She has a degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from Columbia College.
Jessica Black is now a risk management analyst. She was previously an agency support representative and will perform on site quality control reviews on ANTIC’s network of independent title agents. She has many years of escrow experience with a national underwriter.
Noah Heaton was promoted to senior risk analyst and has been with Agents for three years. She joined as a realtor in 1997. He is active in state and local politics, including being reelected in 2013 to the Boonville City Council. Heaton is also a two time past president of Lion’s Club and is an active volunteer throughout his community.
The company was founded in 2005 with the purpose of serving independent title agents. It does not have direct operations; instead the title insurance is written exclusively through local title agents.
