As part of its ongoing RamQuest Gives Back initiative aimed at supporting local charities and other nonprofit organizations, RamQuest, Inc., a provider of title and settlement solutions for the land title industry, joined Habitat for Humanity of South Collin County to build a home in Plano, Texas.
On Saturday, June 25, 2016 a team of RamQuest employees joined Habitat for Humanity of South Collin County for a new home building project in Plano, Texas. The RamQuest team worked on various aspects of construction for the home. Through this Habitat for Humanity program, volunteers work together to construct new homes for deserving, low-income families in the South Collin County area that includes Plano, Wylie, Allen, Fairview, Saint Paul, Murphy, Lucas, Parker, Lowry Crossing, Trinity Park and the rural areas of south Collin County, Texas.
Habitat for Humanity of South Collin County offers affordable homeownership and home repair to local families. Participants in the program contribute 400 hours of sweat equity and learn the importance of sustainability at mandatory home buyer education classes.
