NextDeal and Alliant National Title Insurance Co. have integrated with Landtech.
Alliant announced the launch of the integration between the company’s Agent Resource Center (ARC) and Landtech June 21. The integration is part of a larger plan to maximize efficiency, accuracy and ease for all users of Alliant National’s ARC, to the benefit of both independent agents and the consumer.
“This new integration with Landtech makes things much easier for our agents,” Alliant National Chief Operating Officer David Sinclair said. “We are proud of the progress we are making in streamlining the CPL process. Alliant National is constantly seeking new ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of processes and products for our partners, which allows them to more effectively and quickly operate their businesses.”
NextDeal is also integrated with the Landtech XML Real Estate Settlement System.
“Our integration with Landtech provides title and settlement service companies with automated access to our preDOCS automated opening package and our Digital Docs automated post-closing marketing platforms,” NextDeal CEO Robert Reich said.
“This is another example of Landtech’s continued endeavor to provide the most seamless settlement software platform on the market,” Landtech Director of Sales and Marketing Benjamin Bell said. “Our integration with NextDeal enables title companies to create a competitive advantage amongst their competition. By using Landtech’s integration with Next Deal, this increases the agent productivity by eliminating the need to rekey information across both systems.”
