Title Alliance Ltd., a RESPA-compliant ESOP company who forms joint ventured title insurance agencies, has staffed two roles at Title Alliance of Indy Metro. The appointments come just two months after the joint venture partnership was formed with Keller Williams Indy Metro South.
Title Alliance eager for Florida opportunities
Kristina Hollis Earhart will serve as manager and Kathy Faucett as title and escrow assistant. Both are long-time residents of the Indianapolis area.
Title Alliance opens first joint venture in Indiana
Earhart has more than 20 years of experience in a managerial role within the city of Indianapolis. She holds a title producer license, Indiana real estate broker license and is a notary public. Her advanced knowledge of all aspects of the title insurance process includes traditional purchase and refinance with FHA, VA and conventional mortgages, reverse mortgage, short sale transactions, REO, Relo and HUD closings.
Faucett comes to the company with a wide-range of knowledge in the title insurance industry. She is a notary public and is in the process of earning her title producers license. She has more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage specialist, closing processor, HUD scheduler and title agent.
