Stewart Title announced an expansion in California with the opening of new offices in Watsonville and Redlands. The new Watsonville office will serve Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito Counties, and the new Redlands office will serve Redlands, San Bernardino and surrounding communities.

“We are glad to be opening offices in Watsonville and Redlands,” said Steve Vivanco, president of Stewart Title of California. “These office openings come on the heels of a remarkable quarter for Stewart. We are pleased to expand our operations to better serve our customers. I have high hopes for the new offices, which will be under the direction of title industry veterans, Ralph Costanzo and Guy Kruger.”

Stewart Title’s new offices will offer access to Stewart’s full suite of products and services and will handle residential, commercial, REO and short sale, agricultural and mobile home transactions, and other title and escrow-related services. Stewart Title’s clients will have access to state-of-the-art technology including online transaction information through Stewart Online, powered by SureClose. In addition, lenders will be able to quickly and easily receive quotes via Stewart’s Lender Express Quote.

“We are very excited about our new Watsonville office,” said Costanzo, division president, EVP Northern California – S. Bay Region. “We have received tremendous support from the community, and our operation has been a success right from the start. We look forward to serving the community and to continued success.”
