Indecomm Global Services, an outsourcing, learning and technology solutions provider, accounted that its eRecording services now are available in more than 700 counties in the United States with the addition of Ramsey, Minn. These successes are accompanied by a growth in companion paper filings.
Indecomm has been investing steadily in eRecording across the country, moving from 600 to 700 counties in less than six months. Of the 3,600 recording jurisdictions nationwide, only 1,184 counties offer eRecording, and Indecomm serves 59 percent of these jurisdictions. According to the release, in terms of population, Indecomm serves 55 percent.
“Indecomm’s efforts to make electronic recording available to the American public grows with conviction and consistency,” Financial Services Division President Rajan Nair said. “Our passing the 700 mark is only one step on our path to making efficient recording services available at the lowest possible cost to the nation.”
“This penetration of eRecording is larger than it appears at first,” Vice President of Operations Latha Parameswaran said. “Indecomm now covers the majority of the counties offering eRecording and the majority of the population. It is a dual achievement.”
eRecording for Indecomm is part of its family of mortgage document management solutions. These include turnkey paper and eRecording services to image-based recording quality control and walk-in recording services.
