Landmark Title Assurance Agency recently filled the new position of chief title officer with the appointment of Tony Choe. Choe will be managing the commercial title department as the company continues to expand its commercial and residential client base.
Choe is a 20-year veteran in commercial title and real estate. He spent the last 10 years at Thomas Title Agency, where he began as a title officer and rose to chief title officer. He was responsible for building the commercial title department and overseeing several high-profile transactions in Maricopa County in Arizona.
Choe has also worked for two national title insurance underwriters, where he quickly moved into leadership roles and specialized in complex transactions.
“We are thrilled to have Tony join the company. His knowledge and experience in commercial title is a great addition to our team and will be highly beneficial to our clients,” Landmark Title President Vicki Etherton said in a press release.
