Title Alliance, a joint-venture title insurance, appointed Regional Director Jadah Hill to the role of implementation specialist, a compliance-based role to work with all of the Title Alliance offices companywide.
“One of my favorite parts of my job is working with the other employees of Title Alliance — it is like working in one big, happy family,” Hill said. “As the implementation specialist, I have the benefit of working closely with our new offices and assisting them in their transition to our company practices and procedures. I am excited to start this next chapter of my career with Title Alliance.”
Hill will be responsible for ensuring the staff is knowledgeable of new and existing title and RESPA requirements not only nationally, but in each state as well. When laws change or new staff members are brought on, Hills will assist with policy and procedure training. She will work with the management team at Title Alliance to keep them informed of the operations and their performance.
Hill’s implementation specialist role will be in addition to current role as regional director. She will continue to oversee settlement staff, assure that her assigned operations are functioning and remaining compliant as well as mentoring staff development and growth.
Prior to her role as regional director, she was the manager of T.A. Town and County Land Transfer and joined Title Alliance in 2012.
“Jadah is a go-getter,” Title Alliance Director Nancy Warner said. “She has shown firm commitment to the Title Alliance vision throughout her time with us and she will help keep all of us abreast of the title and RESPA requirements so that appropriate training can go out to our teams. We are excited, with Jadah’s help, to make 2015 even better than 2014.”
