Alliant National Title Insurance Co. announced an expanded integration between the company’s Agent Resource Center (ARC) and SoftPro 360, a tool that works with SoftPro’s software.
Now, in addition to Closing Protection Letter (CPL) documents, the integration extends to policy jackets for the benefit of all system users, not only those who use SoftPro.
The complex policy jacket integration comes on the heels of integration with CPL documents, which Alliant National completed and announced earlier. The company’s internal operations, legal and compliance teams collaborated extensively with the SoftPro design and development team to offer its network unprecedented features that enable the configuration of policy jacket signatories, the company said in a news release.
Alliant National is now the only underwriter able to offer system users the ability to generate a policy jacket with a signature likeness already imprinted on the policy jacket.
“This is an exciting development for us at Alliant National,” Alliant Chief Operating Officer David Sinclair said. “This new policy jacket integration with SoftPro 360 will substantially improve our agents’ workflow and help them to finalize a policy, thus better serving their customers. As a company always looking for ways to lead and improve the title industry, we are proud to be the first underwriter able to offer this service.”
