Eric Case has joined Fowler Bell PLLC as of counsel in the firm’s real estate and commercial litigation groups.
Case is a 1999 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He was a founding member and managing partner of McConnell, Eisele & Case PLLC and brings 15 years of experience representing lenders, buyers and sellers regarding title examinations, title insurance and real estate closings throughout Kentucky. He has a depth of commercial litigation knowledge, including experience and foreclosure/collection litigation, lien rights, landlord-tenant issues, boundary disputes, probate actions, partnership disagreements and association law.
He is a trained mediator and is certified by the Kentucky Administrative Office of Courts. At Fowler Bell, he will continue expanding his practice of real estate transactions, commercial litigation and mediation.
