Title Alliance appointed Jayne Sundseth as corporate trainer based in Mesa, Ariz. This announcement comes weeks after the appointment for Erika O’Brien-Mason as training director and emphasizes the importance of training to for the strongest foundation possible for the company’s team members, the company said.

As corporate trainer, Sundseth will be responsible for working with the training department consisting of the training director, all corporate trainers and implementation specialists, to assure consistent and purposeful training plans are created and implemented for the Arizona region of Title Alliance. She will be responsible for working to implement the full T.A. Way Training Program, in conjunction with O’Brien-Mason.
“Our T.A. Way Training Program is exceptional and I’m eager to start implementing it in the field,” O’Brien-Mason said in a press release. “We have developed a 100 Day Training Module for new hires allowing them time to truly embrace our T.A. Way and Culture which is critical to their success and our growth.”

Way,” Smith said. “Jayne will also be working with existing hires to help them in areas where they need assistance so that they can continue to service their clients with the utmost professionalism knowing they have the tools needed or success.”
Sundseth joined Title Alliance as an escrow assistant. Prior to accepting the position, she spent five years as an escrow funder and seven years as an escrow assistant.
