Indecomm Global Services was chosen for the Global Services (GS) 100 list. The GS100 is developed using a methodology that qualitatively and quantitatively assesses a company across multiple dimensions. The list reflects the most important segments of the IT and business process outsourcing industry as well as the diversity and overall landscape of the service provider community.
“The global services market environment has been dynamic. While technology budgets continued to be constrained, organizations were clamoring to re-orient their IT and process management practices to include mobility, cloud, analytics and social media,” said Ed Nair, editor, Global Services. “The GS100 service providers are the ones to quickly adjust to this new reality; the big differentiator is that these companies demonstrate the ability to deliver business outcomes.”
The Global Services 100, now in its eighth year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services that help them to identify and select the right vendor. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered and spread of global delivery capabilities.
“In the technological revolution we are living and working through, partnership is often viewed narrowly as a business transaction, not a mutual investment in intellectual property,” Naresh Ponnapa, chief executive officer, Indecomm Global Services. “At Indecomm, partnership means working in concert in business and invention. Our clients trust us to bring innovation to the bottom line. They appreciate the value we create and the enduring intellectual relationship.”
