Ramsey County, Minn. records first electronic real estate document

Ramsey County, Minn. submitted its first electronic real estate documents with eRecording Partners Network (ePN). Ramsey County has a population of more than 500,000 people and is home to St. Paul, Minn.
“Ramsey County is delighted to launch eRecording of real estate documents,” said Susan Roth, Ramsey County recorder. “This software will make it easier to record a process these important documents.”
“We welcome the addition of Ramsey County into the e-recording family,” said Jerry Lewallen, president of ePN. “ePN is pleased to have been able to work with Ramsey County during their initial testing of e-recording.”
With the addition of Ramsey County, all seven of the metro counties in the Minneapolis -- St. Paul area are accepting e-recording of real estate documents.
