ShortTrack and RamQuest are making real estate transactions faster and more secure by creating a collaborative environment for professionals and their customers via ShortTrack’s mobile platform.
“With this partnership, we are streamlining both the connection between real estate professionals and title companies and the way real estate transactions occur,” ShortTrack Chief Operating Officer Steven Hargraves said in a press release.
ShortTrack allows title professionals to securely share documents and redirect any emails containing NPI through its notification system. By integrating with RamQuest, ShortTrack users will not have to re-upload their customers’ documents or use email encryption to deliver documents.
“We are excited to have ShortTrack join our Closing Market network. This unique service is easy to use but offers a big return, so our customers will not only see immediate gains in efficiency but will also have an invaluable tool to offer to their realtors,” RamQuest Chief Strategy Officer Brooks Yeager said.
Users don’t have to worry about actively encrypting NPI; instead, they rely on an integrated system to notify and capture secured information, while seamlessly syncing with RamQuest’s production solutions, the release stated.
“ShortTrack was created in my law firm out of a need for a collaborative portal that also kept my client’s tax returns and Social Security numbers protected. The integration of our two applications will save time and increase data security for all parties to the transaction,” ShortTrack Chief Product Officer and General Counsel Chris Hacker said.
