RealtyTrac adds first real estate company to new data network

RealtyTrac announced that Southern California real estate powerhouse Prudential California Realty was selected as the first member of the RealtyTrac Network (RTN), a licensed network available to leading independent and franchised brokerage companies across the nation. 

RealtyTrac has more than 1.5 million active default, foreclosure auction and bank-owned properties, and more than 1 million active for-sale listings on its website, which also provides essential housing information for more than 100 million homes nationwide. This information includes property characteristics, tax assessor records, bankruptcy status and sales history, along with 20 categories of key housing-related facts provided by RealtyTrac’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Homefacts.

Through RTN, Prudential California Realty will build a sustainable competitive advantage in Southern California with exclusive access to buyer and seller leads, market insights, brand exposure and advertising resources.

RTN members have access to comprehensive housing information and data via Homefacts.com, and a number of other commercial data sources. Each brokerage is given access to a customized feed of unique properties aggregated by RealtyTrac nationwide and a sophisticated search tool that enables network members to hone in on listing leads that meet very specific criteria.
