RamQuest, a provider of title and settlement solutions for the land title industry, expanded its Closing Market digital network integration with First American Title Insurance Co.’s AgentNet system to deliver integrated production services and special designated national (SDN) searches.
The newly integrated features allow agents to order and receive First American Title search products and services, and search SDNs, without leaving their RamQuest title production solution. This new functionality will reduce paper forms and rekeying errors, retain consistent data across systems, and promote overall efficiency and productivity, and all at no additional cost to existing customers, according to the RamQuest announcement.
By expanding on its existing integration with Closing Market, First American’s technology is now more accessible, allowing agents to have greater access to efficiency, accuracy and control. The Integrated Production Services feature currently is available in select areas, and agents should contact their First American Title representative for more information.
“We are happy with these advancements that we have made with First American to create a better experience for our mutual customers,” RamQuest Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President Brooks Yeager said. “The First American Title integration is another example of our commitment to ensure that RamQuest customers have the best integrated provider network in the industry.”
Closing Market allows participants to order, exchange and market products and services required in the real estate closing process.
