Kensington Vanguard National Land Services has announced two new hires for its Lone Star Division in Fort Worth, Texas – a vice president of business development and an escrow officer.
The company appointed Lindy Vestal as vice president, business development. She has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor in both residential and commercial.
“We are very excited that Lindy has joined Kensington Vanguard’s Lone Star Division,” KV Executive Vice President Zach Sams said in a press release announcing the appointments. “Lindy’s connections, experience and reputation in the real estate market will enhance our operations and help us continue to expand our footprint in DFW.”

Kensington also announced the appointment of Sandra Ramsey as new escrow officer for its Lone Star Division. Ramsey is part of a team opening the company’s first Tarrant County location in Fort Worth.

Ramsey has experience with various types of transactions, including residential resale, commercial, refinance, short sales, HUDs, and mobile homes. She cited Kensington’s vision for the future as a motivating factor to join the company.
