North Olmsted, Ohio-based Corporate Settlement Solutions (CSS), a provider of real estate settlement solutions, has appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ashley Jelinek as its new CEO, with the move becoming effective in March.
Jelinek takes over leadership from her father and company founder Jerome Jelinek, who will transition into the role of chief revenue officer (CRO).
“Ashley has consistently demonstrated the strategic vision and strong execution needed to carry the family legacy forward as a second-generation leader of CSS,” Jerome Jelinek said in a release.
Ashley brings eight years of operational leadership experience to the CEO position, having previously overseen valuation and title operations, marketing, HR, IT and accounting as COO.
In her new role, she will continue leading the company’s focus on providing title, valuation and closing solutions to first mortgage and home equity lenders.
Prior to CSS, Ashley worked at Bain & Co. as a management consultant and received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
In his new role as CRO, Jerome will oversee sales and marketing at the company he founded in 1992.
