Stewart Title announced the promotion of Chris Jackson to senior operations manager for Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas direct operations.
In this role, Jackson will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the region, responsible for maintaining and continually improving the level of service and efficiency for Stewart’s employees and customers.
“For the past several years, Chris has been successfully managing the Murfreesboro branch while also assisting the Tennessee branches with their title software questions and daily operations,” Division President Laura Perry said in a release. “His ability to identify a problem, create and implement an operational solution has made him an invaluable asset to the entire Tennessee direct operations team. Chris has shown a proactive initiative in seeking and mastering new skills to help us adapt in our evolving industry for an impressive 26-year tenure at Stewart.”
Jackson’s journey with Stewart began at the age of 15 when he joined the First Data/Cumberland Title accounting department in 1996. Over the years, he expanded his skill set by taking on various roles including IT and TPS training and has been instrumental in implementing several key initiatives and processes, leaders said.
His exceptional performance led to his promotion to manager of the Brentwood, Tenn., office.
“Chris’s elevation to senior operations manager is a well-deserved recognition of his leadership abilities and commitment to Stewart,” said Tracey Trumphour, branch manager, who has worked with Jackson since he was hired. “His skillset, experience and commitment will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of our operations in Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas.”
