New Jersey-based National Integrity Title Agency (NITA expanded its business development team with the hiring of Quandell Iglesia, a sales professional with deep roots in the South Jersey community.
Iglesia joins NITA after years in the residential real estate market where he led a team in servicing homebuyers and sellers across the region. Leaders said his sales strength is only part of what Iglesia brings to the closing table, adding that he’s a well-respected community leader with strong relationships built on service.
“I’m so excited to be part of the NITA team,” Iglesia said in a release. “Having had the opportunity to work across the closing table on numerous occasions, I was impressed with the attention to detail and dedicated service NITA provides its customers. Their reputation speaks volumes, and I’m proud to now sit beside them.”
Entrepreneurial ventures for Iglesia include creation of Quandell Iglesia Consulting, specializing in public speaking, business startups, and social media consulting. In September 2017, he founded SNJ Millennials, a nonprofit organization aimed at introducing young professionals to new business networks and providing them with business educational resources.
Most recently, Iglesia was CEO and team leader at IQ Real Estate and served as a Realtor/salesperson for HomeSmart First Advantage Realty.
Of the hiring, NITA co-owner and CEO George Duffield, Sr. added, “Service and community are two tenets of our success and Quandell is a pillar of both. His experience in sales is equally as impressive and he has already hit the ground running. The future continues to brighten with Quandell on our team.”
