WFG National Title Insurance Co. named Margherita Ciampa-Coyne as agency support manager for the New England region of its agency division. WFG National Title is a national title insurance underwriting company and a full service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for commercial and residential transactions.
As agency support manager, Ciampa-Coyne will focus on collaborating with WFG agents, determining their needs in order to strengthen and build the agency relationship. She also will serve as an educational resource for agents, especially with regard to compliance with the CFPB’s regulations and requirements.
Ciampa-Coyne brings 15 years of experience in the settlement services industry to WFG National Title. She served for seven years as director, brokers advantage division with one of the nation’s largest title underwriters. Before that, she was an agency manager with another large, national underwriter. She also has extensive experience as a real estate paralegal professional. She also has been an instructor in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University in Boston, focusing on the role of the paralegal in real estate title transfer and mortgage transactions. She is a graduate of Boston College.
“WFG is the fastest growing underwriter in the industry, in large part because we put an emphasis on collaborating with our independent agents,” said Gene Rebadow, executive vice president, Agency, Eastern Division for WFG National Title. “Margherita embodies that principle as a strong advocate for her clients and an experienced ally on whom they can lean.”
“Margherita is already well known in New England as a knowledgeable resource for agents,” said Elizabeth Young, Esq., vice president and underwriting counsel with WFG National Title. “Her dedication and experience make WFG an even deeper resource for agents in New England at a time when agents need more support than ever before.”
