Sara Luff has joined First International Title as sales manager. The Nova Southeastern University graduate will be looking to enhance the sales culture at the largest independent title agent in Florida.
“I am very excited to join First International Title at a time when the company is rapidly growing,” said Luff. “I love the enthusiasm and execution of the company’s growth strategy, which includes growing the team with the best in the business. I am looking forward to implementing innovative strategies that make us the best partners to our clients.”
“Given her background, Sara is a welcomed addition to the team,” First International Title CEO Jim Moran said. “Her creative vision will clearly be an asset as the company continues to grow.”
Luff entered the title insurance business as a sales executive in 2006 and is a licensed financial specialist. She most recently was the sales manager (Eastern Division) for National Title Co. in Florida.
Jay Hansli also joined the staff as an area manager. Hansli, who has been in the title insurance business since 1986, will oversee First International Title’s north Florida operations. His focus will be on expanding operations, while increasing productivity.
“We’re ecstatic Jay has joined our company,” Moran said. “He brings a lot of experience to our organization and will definitely be an asset going forward, as we plan to strengthen our footprint in northern Florida.”
Hansli’s most recent employment stop was at a national underwriter in Tallahassee where he was an assistant vice president and area agency manager during his almost four-year stay. He previously spent more than 25 years with another national underwriter, learning all aspects of the business and ultimately managing both agency and direct operations.
“I’m very happy to be a part of the First International Title team,” Hansli said. “I have admired the company and all they have accomplished over the last six years.”
