Churchill Mortgage has hired Tim Broadhurst as senior vice president of loan officer development and senior home loan specialist, the company announced.
Churchill, owner of Churchill Title Solutions, said Broadhurst has more than 25 years of experience leading national sales efforts, loan officer training and development and borrower engagement strategies.
“The mortgage industry is undergoing a significant change as technology impacts the way our employees do business and interact with our borrowers each and every day,” Churchill Mortgage Vice President Lawson Hardwick said in a release. “At Churchill Mortgage, we realize that the same strategies that drove success in the past may not necessarily work for the future, and Tim is already leading by example by adopting all of the sales and technological tools Churchill provides its home loan specialists to enhance his production in Texas, California and Colorado.”
Broadhurst also is a sought-after speaker and mortgage coach, the company said.
“Churchill Mortgage is focused on the future of the mortgage industry and making sure its borrowers are equipped with the right tools and strategies to make smarter mortgage decisions,” Broadhurst said. “At Churchill, my efforts will be focused on expanding our national footprint and helping our loan officers develop into true financial wellness mentors for our borrowers, guiding and educating them throughout every step of the mortgage process.”
