Republic Title of Texas expanded its MacArthur branch staff to better serve the Coppell, Irving, Valley Ranch, Hackberry Creek, La Villita and Las Colinas communities. Joining the MacArthur branch team are Sarah Mann and Samantha Lipton.
Mann joins the office as a residential escrow officer and attorney. She has established a reputation for her ability to effectively manage difficult and complex residential and new construction transactions, according to the company’s release. Her background in negotiation and mediation allows her to effectively communicate with her clients to achieve a positive outcome for all parties. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. from the University of Denver.
Lipton joins the office as vice president/escrow officer. She brings more than 23 years of experience in the title insurance industry and has been active in the local community. She is a 2001 graduate of the Texas Land Title Association Academy and 2004 graduate of Leadership Coppell.
