Renee (Becker) Bourbeau announces the launch of her new marketing consulting firm, Eiffel Marketing (Eiffel), which specializes in customer-centric marketing solutions to improve the overall CX (customer experience). Eiffel channels Amazon philosophy and techniques and helps settlement service companies flourish by advocating data-driven practicality, to improve the client experience and build loyalty.
Eiffel Owner, Renee Bourbeau, has worked in the settlement services industry for nearly 20 years, starting as Senior Editor and Partner at October Research, then developing Florida for Old Republic, and went on to become VP at AmTrust Title and Westcor. Through these positions, she has worked with hundreds of title agents, real estate attorneys, vendors and underwriter employees, many of whom are eager to join the Experience Economy.
“It is impossible to ignore the overwhelming success of the Amazon business model and we are equipped to help spread this philosophy and success to businesses due to our unique perspective,” said Bourbeau. “I understand the importance of using analytics to help make businesses easier to work with and sync up with modern homebuyers, Realtors, bankers, employees, etc. who all have higher expectations than even a decade ago,” she added.
Bourbeau is also participating in the Harvard Business Analytics Program. The curriculum explores current topics in business analytics, such as quantitative methods, business and financial statistics, emerging ideas and technologies, big data, and data visualization. It is a new program and Bourbeau is in the 2nd class ever at Harvard.
