Attorney Ken Markison has joined Weiner Brodsky Kider PC as counsel in its regulatory compliance practice, the firm announced.
“Ken is well-known for his tireless work for, and highly skilled representation of, the mortgage industry,” Weiner Brodsky Kider Managing Partner Mitch Kider said in a release. “Ken’s deep knowledge and industry experience will be a great asset to our clients, and we are excited to welcome Ken to our firm. Markison has more than 40 years of experience in the housing and mortgage industry, including 32 years at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and more than a decade at the Mortgage Bankers Association. At both places, Markison helped shape the legal and regulatory landscape of the housing finance system
