Black Knight Inc. has expanded the availability of its National TaxNet homeowners association (HOA) certificates in Texas, the company announced.
The company said HOA data now is available from Black Knight for properties located across Texas, including non-urban areas. Black Knight said the expansion will help clients significantly reduce the time and costs associated with obtaining HOA information.
“By expanding our HOA data on properties across Texas and simplifying how HOA and tax orders are placed, we can significantly enhance the client experience,” said Matt Reilly, Black Knight’s senior vice president - title and settlement, data & analytics division. “Our statewide coverage will help clients increase efficiencies by reducing the time they spend obtaining HOA and tax data, which is usually collected manually, and allow them to focus on other important tasks.”
With its National TaxNet solution, Black Knight identifies whether or not a property is subject to an HOA or management company and, if so, provides the name of the organization, as well as the HOA contact information. The certificate also includes information about the HOA’s billing cycle, dues status and amounts, delinquencies on the subject property, transfer, resale and maintenance fees, as well as payment distribution instructions.
Black Knight clients can order HOA and tax certificates through the company’s web portal.
