North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added search provider Central Property Search Inc. in Pennsylvania to its preferred provider list.
“NATIC seeks search providers for our network that are highly competent and work directly in the counties where they are located,” NATIC President Emilio Fernandez said. “We do this as a service to our title agents to provide them with quality service in addition to reducing their liability for errors.”
Central Property Search (CPS) is a family and women-owned business providing title searches, commitment production, tax searches, recording and document retrieval across Pennsylvania. In business for more than 25 years, its title searches are completed by the company’s local abstractors.
“We stand behind our title products and know that at the end of the day, it’s all about service and trust,” CPS President Brandi Kinsey said. “We’ve built a business that we are all proud of and that translates to positive working relationships with our customers.”
Joining the NATIC SearchLink Network offers search providers such as CPS the capability of handling top-quality local searches at competitive prices, the announcement stated. Each provider contracts with NATIC and the liability for any errors caused exclusively by the preferred vendor remains with the SearchLink Network and NATIC. This arrangement offers peace of mind to NATIC agents, who can order searches knowing they meet NATIC’s requirements for quality and accuracy.
