Simplifile now is available in Madison County, Ala.; White and Meriwether counties in Georgia; Ellie County, Kansas and Columbus County, N.C., providing land document submitters with a faster, more cost-effective recording solution.
“The eRecording rate of adoption has continued to grow in the south, and we are thrilled to welcome Madison County, Ala., along with other new eRecording counties in Georgia, Kansas and North Carolina this month,” Simplifile President Paul Clifford said in a news release. “eRecording brings countless benefits to each county and its recording customers, helping to reduce costs and paper waste, no matter how big or small the county.”
Madison County is Alabama’s third-largest county by population and joins five other counties in the state that utilize Simplifile’s eRecording service: Elmore, Jefferson, Mobile, Montgomery and Shelby.
