“Melissa’s attention to detail acts as an extra set of eyes to make sure all ‘i’s are dotted and ‘t’s are crossed,” Title Alliance of Maine Director of Operations Amy Devine said. “Having her in the office will helps us to handle a much higher volume, which is timely as the spring market is already kicking in.”
Elliott joins the team with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of the closing process. She has experience opening orders, clearing title commitments and processing HUD statements.
“Tracy’s well-rounded experience and go-getter attitude made me confident that she was a good fit,” Title Alliance Regional Director Jadah Hill said. “Her commitment to exceptional customer service was apparent, and I know she’s going to help this team continue to grow.”
Stevens graduated from the University of Maine Law School in 2001 and has practiced in the title and settlement industry since 2002. She serves as a member of the American Land Title Association, sits on the board of directors for hoMEworks where she educates first-time homebuyers, and sits on the University of Southern Maine Institutional Review Board. Stevens is admitted to practice law in Maine and New Hampshire.
“Kelly’s professional resume, and incredible knowledge base regarding the industry and law, will really pull the team together,” Hill said. “Customers can feel confident that Kelly understands their needs and can address them quickly and professionally.”
