Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP company specializing in joint ventured title insurance agencies for the residential real estate industry, partnered with RE/MAX Realty Group to open a location in Maryland through the name Crown Title Services, LLC.
Title Alliance shakes things up with new president, tools
RE/MAX Realty Group has been servicing Maryland in its Gaithersburg office since 1986, with an additional location in North Potomac. The Gaithersburg location has grown to be one of the 50 largest RE/MAX offices in the world, and in the top 500 brokers nationally.
“The new Crown Title office will be partnered with one of the newest, most exciting developments in Montgomery County,” broker and owner of RE/MAX Realty Group Ken Crowley said. “With this partnership, I am confident that we will be breaking transaction and sale records within the next few years.”
The new office is expected to open in early spring 2015. The office will be available as a full-service title company offering a range of services, including title and escrow needs for the public, the construction industry, attorneys, banks, real estate and other lenders. The company will offer title insurance, preparation of closing costs and payoffs, title searches, assistance with coordinating and preparing closing papers, 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains, disbursement of mortgage funds and act as a notary public.
Title Alliance adds implementation specialist
“We are excited to begin this new venture with Ken’s team in Gaithersburg,” Title Alliance Director Bill O’Connell said. “2015 looks promising for the Maryland and D.C. residential housing market, with industry experts predicting growth. As we anticipate an influx in new homebuyers, our team will be able to assist the RE/MAX team of agents with each transaction.”
