LenderLive Network Inc., a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider, appointed Mark Hughes as president of its due diligence division.
Hughes joined LenderLive in April 2014, as senior vice president, to help grow the company’s third-party review (TPR) business and expand its offering to investors, banks, mortgage companies and credit unions. The company is approved by all the major credit ratings agencies as a TPR firm for residential mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to that, Hughes headed CoreLogic’s Due Diligence Solutions group for five years. Earlier he was president and chief operating officer of the Bohan Group, a leading due diligence firm. Hughes began his career at Salomon Brothers.
“Growing our due diligence business is one of our top priorities for 2015, and with the backing of our new investor, we will be adding new resources and technology to accelerate this goal to develop new solutions for residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) issuers, conduits and lenders,” CEO Rick Seehausen said. “Over the past year, Mark has proven himself invaluable at LenderLive and I’m confident he will continue to be instrumental as we expand our Due Diligence Division.”
