A California document recording service provider has completed the first-ever e-recording of real estate documents in Ventura County. Document Processing Solutions Inc. (DPS) announced recently that its services were used to e-record at the Ventura County Recorder’s Office.
“DPS is very fortunate that our continued good relationship with the Ventura County Recorder’s Office, local title companies and our many years of recording experience, allowed us to work together to advance e-recording,” said Greg Sherman, chief executive officer of DPS in a press release.
E-recording allows the county’s recording customers the ability to submit documents online for faster, more convenient and cost-effective recording.
