ClosingCorp, a provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technologies for mortgage lenders, real estate professionals and consumers, named John Alexander as the new vice president of strategic operations. Alexander is responsible for directing ClosingCorp’s business objectives and overseeing the alignment of the company’s business processes to ensure client focus and satisfaction. He also provides internal counsel on business, legal and regulatory risk, builds business relationships and identifies strategic opportunities.
Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Alexander worked at CoreLogic as director of sales operations, managing key partner relationships, overseeing business process improvements and building a sales-centric operations team. His tenure at CoreLogic included time as corporate counsel, negotiating data and license agreements and advising management on business and legal issues. Alexander also worked as corporate counsel at First American Real Estate Solutions LP.

Alexander began his career as an attorney for DirecTV Broadband in Silicon Valley and worked as a consultant for smaller data/software companies and DreamWorks Animation SKG.
