update to its website that is part of a broader strategy to gain new customers.in an ever-changing business landscape.
The company noted that the local market was starting to pick up and that it needed to be a more visible resource for local lenders and real estate agents. So Gateway partnered with Nashville web development firm, Horton Group, to launch its new website. The keys in this re-launch were delivering personable and professional service to all parties involved in a real estate transaction and furthering the education of home buyers and sellers.
Gateway Title president and attorney Glenn Macbeth sees the website as an integral part of the company’s marketing plan and critical to the company’s continued growth.
“With signs of recovery in the local real estate market, the time seemed right to launch a website that can reinforce the services we offer, and underscore the experience of our staff, with Realtors, financial institutions and consumers,” Macbeth said.
The Gateway Title website has been designed so anyone involved in the settlement can access information about the closing process and contact members of the Gateway staff with questions or concerns. Visitors can do this directly through the website by quickly filling out an online form or accessing a library of educational and referential tools through their resources section. With the new website, Gateway will be able to facilitate communication with the title company and assure that everyone knows what to expect when they come to the closing table.
Gateway Title noted that eventually it will be adding links to its social media profiles, which will allow the company to better connect with the expansive online Realtor community. The company also used development of the website as an opportunity to provide online order entry functionality for the title services it offers to financial institutions, a growing segment of Gateway Title’s business.
