Richard Lee began his real estate career in Las Vegas with Ticor Title. Now, as a senior industry executive, he rejoins the company as vice president, director major accounts for Ticor Title of Nevada and vice president, national major accounts for Fidelity National Title Group.
“We are very pleased to bring Richard's tremendous experience to the Ticor Title major accounts division," said Don DuBois, executive vice president of FNTG. "His track record and proven abilities will be great assets to our team."
Lee will also work with Fidelity National Title Group's national team.
“We're excited to add Richard's experience and portfolio to our growth efforts supporting builders and developers across America,” said Kenneth Phillips, senior vice president and director of homebuilder/developer relations for Fidelity National Financial. “The FNTG family of companies looks forward to our growth plans with his work nationally, as well as in Nevada."
"This is an ideal time to join Ticor Title and Fidelity National Title Group," Lee said. "The Vegas market has its legs back and is building toward solid recovery, showing signs of a very bright future. I'm pleased to be here to help that happen."
A Las Vegas resident for nearly three decades, Lee is an Idaho native and a graduate of Brigham Young University. He serves as a member of the Boy Scouts Board of Directors, sits on the Southern Hills Hospital Board and is a member of The Nevada Governor's Workforce Investment Board.
Lee's insights into real estate developments and opportunities have a long history helping his industry plan and market products and properties across southern Nevada.
