Old Republic International Corp. announced that it will hold a conference call on April 26, at 3 p.m. ET to discuss first quarter results. The call can be accessed live on Old Republic’s website at www.oldrepublic.com.
Investors may access a replay of the call by dialing (877) 870-5176, passcode 6843624, which will be available through May 3. The replay will also be available on Old Republic International’s website through May 26.
This will be the first investor call the company has hosted since its big announcement that it is combining their mortgage guaranty segment and their consumer credit indemnity division.
First American Financial (11 a.m.) and Fidelity National Financial (10 a.m.) are hosting their first quarter calls on the same day.
Chicago-based Old Republic is one of the nation’s 50 largest publicly held insurance organizations. Its most recent financial statements reflect consolidated assets of approximately $16 billion and common shareholders’ equity of $3.77 billion, or $14.76 per share. Its current stock market valuation is approximately $2.7 billion, or $10.38 per share.
