Title Alliance announced that Linda Galante will be its newest board member and will chair the company’s Governance Committee.
“We sought a successful real estate attorney who understood the general real estate business and, in particular, commercial real estate. Linda is one of the premier attorneys in the region with that focus,” Title Alliance Chairman Bill Cotter said in a release.
“Linda provides our board with both the expertise as a strong business-oriented attorney and a real estate expert advisor. We are thrilled she was willing to join our Title Alliance family as an independent director,” Cotter added.
Galante’s more than 35 years of experience includes representing clients from small businesses to banks to large educational institutions. Her clients have included Radnor Property Group, Brandywine Realty Trust, Saint Joseph’s University and St. Joseph’s Preparatory School.
She represented Radnor Property Group in its development of a more than $100 million mixed-use project and a mixed-use project of more than $55 million, both projects in Philadelphia. Galante also represented Brandywine Realty Trust with its agreement with Drexel University to develop Schuylkill Yards.
