RamQuest, Inc., a provider of title and settlement solutions for the land title industry, announced the integration of its Closing Market digital network integration with CATIC.
RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network is an application to application interface that electronically connects business partners, allowing each participant to work from within their specific software. The new integration provides CATIC agents in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont with direct access from their RamQuest title production solutions to CATIC closing protection letters, policy jackets and commitments.
“We are thrilled that the integration with RamQuest is live,” CATIC President and CEO James Czapiga said in a press release. “This new functionality will simplify the closing process for CATIC agents who use RamQuest, allowing them to generate CATIC policy jackets, closing protection letters and commitments without leaving the software. By eliminating the agent’s need to leave their production system and by automatically transferring information, this integration will significantly reduce errors from re-keying while also increasing the agent’s efficiency.”
“We are happy to be able to bring the CATIC integration with Closing Market to our mutual customers,” RamQuest EVP and Chief Strategy Officer Brooks Yeager said. “The addition of this integration will enable our customers to do business better, more efficiently and effectively.”
Closing Market is RamQuest’s digital marketplace that seamlessly integrates diverse software systems and gives business partners an easy and efficient way to do business together and meet their customers’ needs. The Closing Market network allows participants to order, exchange and market products and services required in the real estate closing process.
