LenderLive, a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider, named Jenny Klamfoth regional account executive for the company’s correspondent lending division.
In this role, Klamfoth will work with current and prospective clients, primarily community banks and credit unions in Washington, D.C., Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, that are participating in or considering the LenderLive correspondent program. She will report directly to Bob Kallio, senior vice president of correspondent lending.
Klamfoth brings more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry to LenderLive. Most recently, she was an account manager for Stonegate Mortgage, where she assisted in the development of its correspondent and emerging banking business channels. Previously, Klamfoth was an account executive with Flagstar Bank, where she was responsible for correspondent and wholesale business development. She also managed the startup branch of Aegis Wholesale, supporting North Carolina and South Carolina production.
“LenderLive’s correspondent lending division was designed to help our clients protect their customer relationships as they build their mortgage businesses,” LenderLive President of Mortgage Services David Vida said. “I’m confident that Jenny’s experience in both correspondent and wholesale lending will not only make her a valuable addition to our team, but also help us better serve our client’ needs.”
Unlike many large bank programs, LenderLive offers an option to co-brand its servicing with its correspondents, according to the announcement. The program offers quick client approval, fast turn times, competitive pricing and greater engagement during the sales processes to keep clients aware of the status of their loans.
