Alliant National Title Insurance Co., a title insurance underwriter partnering with independent agents to improve its competitive position in the marketplace, named Lindley Brasier as senior vice president and regional underwriting counsel.
Brasier began his career with a national underwriter shortly after graduating from law school. He has worked as a commercial closer, an office counsel and as a manager and is considered a title insurance expert in Texas.
Before joining Alliant National, Brasier spent an impressive 37 years in the title insurance industry, serving as underwriting counsel for Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. He also has worked as an underwriter for Colorado, Utah and Wyoming – making him an exceptionally valuable and versatile asset to the Alliant National team, according to a company statement.
“The hiring of Lin Brasier is definitely a game-changer for Alliant National,” owner of Heritage Title of Austin, Texas Gary Farmer said. “We are excited to leverage his wealth of experience and expertise, and to offer our customers a broader range of services. We have no doubt that this will vastly improve our company’s ability to help and support our customers.”
Brasier will spearhead efforts out of the Dallas office, where he will continue to reinforce the organization’s reputation for strong underwriting abilities and in-depth knowledge of local markets. With his diverse background, Brasier will offer customizable solutions and education on the nuances within specific regional markets. His expertise will add to Alliant National’s already reputable cache of services and solutions, and further empowers independent title insurance agents to deliver broader value to their customers.
“It is a great honor to be part of such an impressive and knowledgeable team,” Brasier said. “The Alliant National independent agent community works tirelessly supporting one another – and in so doing, significantly raises the bar for the title industry.
“It is exciting to be part of the Alliant National organization,” he continued. “And I look forward to assisting in the company’s continuing growth.”
Since 2005, Alliant National has been run by a seasoned group of expert title insurance industry veterans, business leaders and entrepreneurs. The company prides itself in working only with the finest independent title insurance agents across the United States to eliminate the risks that could jeopardize a business owner’s right of ownership. The organization said it’s proud and pleased to add such a well-respected giant in the industry to the team.
“We have an extraordinary opportunity to bring a wealth of expertise and industry expert to our independent agents,” Alliant National President Dave Ginger said. “Lin’s reputation is known nationally to be one of deep commitment to the title insurance industry. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
