SoftPro will partner with Ellie Mae to integrate the its title, closing and escrow software with Ellie Mae’s Encompass. This strategic collaboration will allow SoftPro and Encompass joint customers to be seamlessly linked via the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform.
The partnership will bring together the thousands of mortgage lenders and brokers who use Ellie Mae’s Encompass system with the thousands of title and escrow companies who use SoftPro. As technological leaders in each of their respective industries, SoftPro and Encompass bring to their customers a new level of efficiency and productivity through their integration of systems.

Ellie Mae’s Encompass mortgage management solution enables banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders to create and fund mortgages and improve compliance, loan quality and efficiency. Encompass is licensed by almost 200,000 users and thousands of banks and mortgage lenders, including seven of the top 25 largest U.S. mortgage lenders.
Mortgage lenders using Ellie Mae’s Encompass software for loan origination will be able to send orders to SoftPro customers electronically via SoftPro 360, which is free to all SoftPro users. Title and escrow companies who use SoftPro software then will send the completed documents to Encompass electronically creating a seamless, highly efficient means of delivering residential mortgages to consumers.
