Landmark from Pioneer Technology Group has been selected by Larimer County, Colo., as the new official records system for use in the county’s clerk and recorders office. Larimer County becomes the fifth new Colorado customer in the past 12 months for Pioneer, which develops enterprise systems for county official records, court case management, jury management, tax processing, and title insurance companies.
“We’re very excited to add Larimer County to the growing list of Landmark customers,” Pioneer Technology Group President Steve Rumsey said. “The county performed extensive due diligence in the R.F.P (request for proposal) process involving detailed, direct comparisons with many other competing systems and companies. This process verifies our track record for system conversion, implementation, and long term support. The selection of Landmark in Larimer is further evidence that counties want best in class technology along with a true partnership with a supportive vendor."
The Landmark official records system enables counties, clerks of court, recorders and registers of deeds offices to streamline processes and improve public service when recording land records. The system delivers efficiencies throughout the county recording process, and incorporates numerous features such as enhanced public record access and document searching, simple online payments and consumer fraud alerts.
