LodeStar Software Solutions integrated its Loan Estimate Calculator with BeesPath’s ClosingBridge for initiating closing collaboration directly with title order delivery. The new service allows lenders and title agents to accurately quote and receive fees, then securely deliver those fees as a title order, starting collaboration at the beginning of a transaction. Lodestar also will be an authorized reseller of BeesPath’s ClosingBridge system.

This new integration provides lenders and agents with tools to accurately quote fees, including title insurance premiums, settlement fees and municipal recording and transfer taxes, in all 50 states. The loan information is delivered securely to title agents as a new order and to lenders for import into their loan origination software and other systems for preparation of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms. Lenders and agents then can collaborate securely on data exchange, closing documents, communications, the preparation and delivery of the Closing Disclosure, and on through post-closing.
In addition to providing a secure conduit for delivering documents and data, ClosingBridge also serves as a single integration hub for closing processes, providers and systems. ClosingBridge provides connectivity with title, settlement, loan origination, document prep, compliance and document management systems for seamless information flow during the entire closing transaction.
