Title Resource Group (TRG) launched the latest version of its mobile app, Title!Snap, which provides real estate professionals and loan officers with three calculators in one application for their local title and settlement calculation needs. Real estate professionals and loan officers can use this application to help their clients instantly determine closing fees, title insurance premiums, recording fees and government transfer fees so that they know exactly what to expect at the closing table.
“We have a culture of ethics and compliance that we hold as pivotal to our success,” said Don Casey, president and chief executive officer of TRG. “Title!Snap upholds those values by offering transparency to our rates and fees and enabling real estate professionals and loan officers to help consumers understand all the costs associated with their real estate transaction.”
“Title!Snap was developed with the on-the-go real estate agent in mind, allowing them to generate accurate closing cost estimates and share them with their buyers and sellers on a real-time basis, which better informs their clients’ decision-making process,” said Walt Mullen, TRG’s chief strategy officer. “Our updated app takes mobility to a new level by enabling real estate and mortgage professionals more mobile device options and the ability to save multiple price scenarios to paint a better picture of the true costs for their clients to take action whenever and wherever the need arises.”
In addition to Apple and Android phones, the latest release of Title!Snap responds to the rising trend of tablet usage among real estate professionals by offering versions of the app optimized for Android tablets, the Apple iPad and the Apple iPad mini.
The latest generation of Title!Snap features a faster response time, improved look and feel, updated fee calculations and horizontal orientation capabilities for tablet keyboard compatibility. Real estate professionals also can email a professional estimate to their clients directly from the Title!Snap app.
The application was originally released in the summer of 2012 in Houston and Austin, Texas. Since that time, TRG has grown its coverage footprint as well as its feature set.
