Stewart Title announced the selection of Justin Moles as sales manager for Stewart Title, South Bay West division, and the appointment of Melissa Howard as sales manager for Stewart Title, San Diego division.
Moles joined the title business in 2013, starting out in the customer service department at a local title company. Within six months, he moved into a sales position and during his first full year as a sales representative, received the bronze club winner title by earning $1 million in revenue. The following year he earned more than $1.5 million in revenue and captured the gold club winner title.
“Justin has built his career on prioritizing his clients’ needs and ensuring the service level provided goes above and beyond their expectations,” said Christine Gula, division president, in a press release. “I’m confident that he’ll continue this positive momentum within the South Bay West offices.”
Howard received her real estate license in 2001 in Hawaii after assisting her father in his hotel development company. Her career has included being named Top Three Corporate Sales Executive for the Ritz Carlton Residences, where she also served as director of sales. Because of her strong relationship with First American Title Co., she served in a sales management role for three years in Hawaii before moving on to the director of sales and business development for Keller Williams Real Estate in Honolulu/Ihara team.
“As a San Diego native, Melissa fully understands the needs and intricacies of the real estate market in Southern California,” said Loretta Medrano, division president. “We welcome her back to her home state where she’ll no doubt leverage her impressive sales experience and market knowledge to enhance the reach of our San Diego office.”
Outside of the office, Howard serves as an advocate for breast cancer awareness and women’s health, volunteering for Susan G. Komen. An avid runner, she regularly contributes articles to Marathon Times and Runners World.
