Adeptive Software, the developer of ResWare, added Cody Johnson as vice president of sales. He will supplement the longstanding partnership with the sales and consulting firm, WINDWARD CONSULTING | SOFTWARE. Potential customers will be able to receive identical products and services through either sales channel.
Johnson has 15 years of experience in high growth software and service organizations, driving revenue growth and improving competitive market positioning in both start-up and established businesses.
“Adeptive’s core value of superior customer service as well as their focus on innovation and new technology made my decision to come to Adeptive an easy one,” he said.
The company also hired Stephen Haydel as a senior software engineer. He has vast experience on data-driven .NET applications and has most recently worked at Vestas, Transfirst and the American Cycling Association. He has a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M.
Chanda Weber was hired as a software engineer. She worked as a developer for Microsoft for nine years on the msn.com sites, building content management tools for some of the world’s largest websites.
John Lorenz was hired to do software quality assurance. He worked in software testing and application support. He works with the development team to ensure testing is integrated into the process from the very early stages of development.
Bryan Buus, president of Adeptive, said, “Due to our successful growth, and our desire to build our customer base, Adeptive Software is adding an additional channel for sales and additional development staff. With the addition of Johnson, Haydel, Weber and Lorenz, we will be able to meet the needs of our current customers and continue to expand.”
